Coaching for Organisations

Organisational coaching program customised to your staff & stakeholder needs and strategic objectives. Program typically includes the following:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your goals, priorities and timelines

  • Group onboarding session

  • Wellbeing, strengths and values assessments

  • Fortnightly individual coaching sessions

  • Check-in at six weeks to evaluate progress and re-align priorities and goals

  • Evaluation session with final wellbeing assessment

  • Wrap-up session and impact report

All steps are optional and customised to individual and organisational needs. This will be agreed in advance and re-assessed as needed throughout the program.

To achieve meaningful transformational change, a three-month minimum commitment is required. Priority and preferential rates will be given to purpose-led organisations.
