Coaching for Organisations
Organisational coaching program customised to your staff & stakeholder needs and strategic objectives. Program typically includes the following:
Initial consultation to discuss your goals, priorities and timelines
Group onboarding session
Wellbeing, strengths and values assessments
Fortnightly individual coaching sessions
Check-in at six weeks to evaluate progress and re-align priorities and goals
Evaluation session with final wellbeing assessment
Wrap-up session and impact report
All steps are optional and customised to individual and organisational needs. This will be agreed in advance and re-assessed as needed throughout the program.
To achieve meaningful transformational change, a three-month minimum commitment is required. Priority and preferential rates will be given to purpose-led organisations.
