Helping word nerds and other busy-brained people say and do less, so that we can create, write, and play more.

After spending over four decades overthinking absolutely everything, I know exactly how persistent thoughts can steal your time, energy, and motivation.

Through years of deliberate practice, I’ve learned how to turn rumination into a thinking strength. I have become an expert in analyzing behavior and communication, with over 20 years of design experience, a PhD in Sociolinguistics, and recognition from the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach.

Although I have a deep understanding of what makes people tick, I’m still learning every single day…people are full of surprises. I’m challenged and energised by all the resourceful ways people move themselves toward their goals. And what I might do to support them in that.

That's why my mission today is to help word nerds and other busy-brained people turn their overthinking into expert thinking.

From authors to zine-makers and everything in between, I’ve supported people from all over the globe to say and do less, so that they can write, create, and play more.
