Session Pricing and Options
For nearly five years, I struggled with pricing in my coaching and consulting business — navigating difficult conversations, financial inequity, and my own discomfort with capitalist norms. I wanted a model that felt fair, transparent, and financially viable without letting money dictate who I could work with.
Inspired by conversations with peers and models like Dr Gary Crotaz’s tiered points system, I created my own pricing framework. It accounts for market realities, individual circumstances, and my desire to support people doing meaningful work in tech, product, and creative spaces.

Below is the six-tier pricing model I use to work in partnership with people to negotiate a fair price.
2025 Individual Session Rates for…

Typically making over £500k per year.
£500 per session.

Typically making over £100k per year.
£300 per session.

Typically making over £50k per year.
£150 per session.

Typically making over £25k per year.
£100 per session.

Making under £25k per year.
£60 per session.

Session rates, session length, session frequency, payment terms, and (re)scheduling are all flexible and negotiable.
We will always work together to figure out what will be most effective for you.
I do this because flexiblity and fairness are part of my core values and how I would want want things to be when I’m seeking support with anything.
I believe this is a more ethical way to run a business — and to be a more engaged human in this complex world.
