2026 Individual Session Prices

For years I struggled with pricing in my business — navigating difficult conversations, financial inequity, and my own discomfort with capitalist norms. I wanted a model that felt fair, transparent, and financially viable without letting money dictate who I could work with.

Inspired by conversations with peers, I created my own pricing framework. It accounts for market realities, individual circumstances, and my desire to support people doing meaningful work. I believe this is a fairer and more equitable way to do things. Read more about it here.

  • C-suite or rising leader, business owner with staff and sustainable operations, making over £100k ⇒ £300 / session

  • Creative, tech or knowledge worker, manager, small business owner or solopreneur making over £50k ⇒ £150 / session

  • Charity sector, craft or trade worker, or in a non-management role and making over £25k ⇒ £100 / session
